Cope is requesting that neither party be entitled to spousal support and is seeking full physical custody of their daughter, Dylan, born in January 2023, with shared legal custody.
Cope’s proposed custody arrangement stipulates that she will have sole physical custody of Dylan, with Joey Lawrence allowed visitation at Cope’s discretion. She plans for Joey to be able to visit their daughter for up to two nights at a time, starting when Dylan is three years old. Until then, any visitation by Lawrence must be agreed upon by Cope, and Dylan should not be in the presence of non-family members during her time with Lawrence unless mutually agreed.
The divorce filing also includes allegations of infidelity on Lawrence’s part. Cope has accused Lawrence of having an affair with his co-star, Molina Alves. These claims have been supported by recent legal documents filed by Edward Ryder, Alves’ ex-partner. Ryder’s attorney has alleged that Lawrence and Alves engaged in adultery in California and at other locations. E!
